Does Chuck Liddell Need To Switch Camps?
5 Ounces suggests just that, in a great new article by Sam Caplan. Here's a snippet:

Even the best must continue to push themselves and continue to learn in order to stay on top. Liddell needs to make some changes and while I am sure I'll experience a backlash from some for questioning his training, I'm just calling it like I see it. I'm not suggesting "The Pit" isn't a great place to train; I'm just suggesting that Liddell might want to broaden his horizons and incorporate some new ideas into his routine before he's no longer relevant in this sport.

I agree. Old habits die hard. Howerver, look at Silva: he looks better now at the Couture camp even though his foundation was ChuteBox. The question is which camp would provide Chuck with the best outcome? Honestly, that's a tough question. Chuck will be back, but he is limited to about 2 years at the MOST with a 50/50 win prediction for each fight. No more headliners.

Yeah JCota1, I'm still in shock, and now we'll NEVER stop seeing it because it's high-light real of the year and for Rashad.

One of my Buddies from work didn't see the fight and that's exactly what I told him...this knock out will be included in Rashad Evans career highlight reel...he could never fight again and he'd be included in the greatest KO's of all time discussions, highlight shows etc...
